This is a Monogram 55'Ford panel truck. It comes with finned wheels and Harley Davidson decals. I kit bashed a Monogram Chevy pick up and mated the running gear to the Ford chassis. It still needs the window rubbers painted , bumpers added and some chrome trim, and maybe an antenna or two. I have no idea if it would work in real life, however lol I figured that there are many vehicles out there that have modified in this way. I like it and hope you do as well. Comments are welcome and appreciated. Be Well Gator

I used that and the racing orange for my colors on the construction equipment and trucks for Gator Construction. Can't find anything close over here so I am going to have to change the company colors.lo Be Well Gator

Ford didn't call it French Blue they called it something else but used it a lot in the 50's & 60's. That and Chevy using the sky blue color on there trucks for the same time era. Not saying its a bad color it looks good on the old Ford.

Nice build. Ford had an option til the mid 60's of Marmon Harrington 4x4 Conversions on all trucks up to the F8 series. Sweet idea. Paul

That is an excellent job. I had a 53 Ford with the Marmon Harrington 4x4 and a flathead V8. Your model brings back some fine memories.

Thanks for the comments guys. I really enjoyed the build as simple as it was. It was meant to be a truck converted to 4X4 in the late 60's to early 70's. it is not all that accurate, but i had fun with it. The truck will be used as background for other pictures of future projects.
